In an era when menswear blogging has started to seriously suck, Coffee & the Newspaper is really something incredible to look at. No bullshit product pitching, no emphasis on $500 whatever, just color palates and food. Seriously, I can’t stop flipping through this thing.

This is a brilliant use of contrasting textures. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times: texture is the most under appreciated element in putting together a good outfit.
The soft fabric of the tie softens the look of the shirt and the color is evened out since there are different hues.
What I love the most is the collar - not too much. Goes really well with the knot used for the tie.
